As we are located in NSW, Australia, the video consolation must be in business hours AEST. If you are not able to commit to these hours, we can consult over email. Please send a detailed email with photos of your garment on your body, the size you made and your body measurements to support@swimstyle.com.au and Sharon our pattern maker will asses the issue and help rectify any issues.

There are no swaps or changes to the free gift. Bundles are categorised as one pattern towards the threshold. Order must have 3 patterns in cart to receive free gift. No exchanges or refunds. We have the right to change the free gift at any time. Free Gift can be limited to a time period, and it is only available for the time period advertised.
